We appreciated Randy reaching out and letting us know he can help in our home search process, early on. And when we were ready we immediately felt comfortable with him and the skills and professionalism he displayed.
Randy was knowledgeable, paid attention to detail, answered our many questions, and was very helpful in keeping our process moving to close in a timely manner. He was communicative with our out of state realtor during the challenging sale of our house in preparation of the close on our purchase. He had useful local connections for various steps in the process of buying that helped us save time and money.

Not only is Randy a friend and neighbor but by being a neighbor I felt that he knew the neighborhood well so would have a better understanding of the neighborhood and how to priced our house for sale. Even though the place that we bought was out of the neighborhood we wanted to stick with one agent for the entire process.
Randy was on top of everything before we even knew that there was anything to be on top of. For instance there was no mailbox key left for us and Randy made sure that the selling agent got us a key. Before we knew whether he was successful or not we went to the Post Office to inquire about have a key made and it would have cost us $40. I told them that I would wait to see if our agent was successful and 20 minutes after leaving the Post Office I had a text from Randy informing me that the keys were in the lockbox.

Randy was excellent in helping us get the property in show condition. Telling us what we needed to put in storage to de-clutter, what we needed to repair, etc.
Randy was great on keeping us informed on every step along the way.
Because Randy was a friend and neighbor, he came down and helped us do two different yard sales to get rid of things that we would not need or have room for in our downsizing. We never would have survived this stressful process without Randy's help and professionalism.

I chose Randy Juden as my broker because I felt comfortable working with him. Our first sit down session was very pleasant and he didn’t push me to start looking right away. My personal financial situation delayed my search by about a year but I remembered Randy and his calm positive energy and felt good about selecting him.
This may be one of the worst times to buy a house. We looked at over 60 properties and I had made four other offers before the fifth was accepted. Randy was extremely patient and very responsive in scheduling showing after showing. I wasn’t completely sure initially about what I wanted so our searches were all over the city. Randy was always on time and helped keep me on schedule as well. I can’t say enough positive things about Randy’s high level of support!
Thanks to Randy I have a house! Couldn’t have done it without his wonderful expertise especially this year!!

Once we read Randy's bio, his attention to detail and his extremely well written story on his site drew us in. He drove us around town, showed us the different neighborhoods and really focused on what we wanted in a home. Could not have been a better experience with Randy!

When we learned we were relocating to Denver, we immediately began looking for homes on line and ran across one of Randy's listings. We decided to reach out to interview him as well as a few others. After doing this, it was clear we wanted to work with Randy going forward.
Randy always made us feel like we were his top priority. When we began, we knew nothing about Denver. Randy spent days driving us around; sharing information about neighborhoods, asking us questions about our lifestyle , what we liked and didn't about homes we were seeing and our wish list for a new home. Putting that information together, he was able target areas for our home search all while managing our expectations throughout the search.
Today, we closed on our beautiful new home. Randy was amazing throughout, leading us through a complex and overwhelming process. He is detailed and took time to educate us.
