John Steeby did a great job helping us find our first home in the Denver area and suburbs. As first-time home buyers, we weren't sure what neighborhood we wanted to be in, and John patiently showed us houses in multiple neighborhoods and helped us narrow down our search. He steered us in the right direction and was friendly and patient with us through the whole process.

We could not be happier with our choice of broker. We happened to walk into an open house before we were serious about buying a home and met John. Even from that initial conversation, we knew he’d be a great fit for us as he was friendly, personable and just easy to talk to. John was patient and made sure we were comfortable and knowledgeable about the process which was a huge plus as first time home buyers. We are also new to CO and he was extremely helpful with neighborhood suggestions. We had never heard of the neighborhood we ended up buying in, but after meeting with us a few times he suggested it as a good fit for our lifestyle and we are so happy he did. As soon as we checked it out we loved it. John was quick to respond, kept us on track from start to finish, and gave us his opinion without ever pushing us into a home or area we weren’t comfortable or happy with. We will recommend him to anyone we know looking to buy or sell a house, we truly could not be happier!

Alli and John were terrific. They were great to work with in all phases of the sales process and were extremely adaptable to our schedule and needs. We were able to sell our home in less than a week and for over asking price. My wife and I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to sell or purchase a home.

John was very helpful throughout the home buying process. He was able to point out any warning signs about potential houses. He talked us off the cliff a few times in this wild market. We eventually found a great house and he helped us through the closing process and even got the sellers to make a few needed repairs, despite our as-is offer. We had a great experience with him and would recommend him to friends.
