I gave a lengthy testimonial a day or two ago when asked to complete a survey. I would highly recommend Gina. She has been working with me since about 2012 and we have developed a trusting, caring, respectful relationship over the years. She knows me and my needs and desires and goes above and beyond to help me in any way she can. This means more to me than most other attributes when selling and buying a property. This was my second time selling a house with Gina, and she was fantastic! She knew where to price my house, and which offer to take, and was able to handle all the odds and ends of the transaction! She is always super knowledgeable and I trust her!

Gina was an extremely valuable asset to selling my home. She got the best price in a market that was changing. She had great ideas to deal with rising interest. She also got the best contract terms for a contract with a contingency.

My husband and I very much enjoyed working with Gina to find our dream home in Cherry Creek. It was apparent from the beginning that she was working to get us exactly what we wanted and it got to the point where she knew when a house "fit" us. Gina was professional and responsive and easy to work with. She was also tenacious in her efforts on our behalf.
My husband is very exacting and can be difficult to please. He has enjoyed working with Gina to find our home and that is impressive! We will be working with her to sell our current home this summer. I think that's the best endorsement I can give to an agent.

We had an excellent experience with Gina on both the purchase of our new home and the sale of our old home. Gina was professional, friendly, incredibly hard working, and very intuitive. She orchestrated the search and purchase of our dream home in a competitive area and then turned around and helped us get full price on the sale of our other home after rates increased. She responds quickly to both emails and texts - a fact that was always noticed and appreciated. My husband can be difficult to please and he found her knowledge and work ethic to be top notch. Gina and her team, especially Celia Gaus, were wonderful! It took awhile to get our property sold because the market had softened but Gina's team stuck with it. I would definitely use Gina again. Very knowledgeable, professional.
