Ken was awesome. He was always there to help me with any questions I had. Even though this was a new build purchase and didn’t require viewing multiple homes, Ken was very attentive. At both walk-throughs he found things I would not have even noticed. I very much appreciated him being here.

Ken was recommended by a friend, which was an important factor when we were deciding who to contact. After our first zoom meeting we new immediately that we had found the person that will help and guide us through the process.

Ken did SUCH a wonderful job during this whole process. We had tried selling our house before without success, so listing it again was a really stressful prospect for us. Ken knew the neighborhood, knew the market, and knew how to price and market our home in a way that got buyers in the door and making offers in the first weekend. We were going to be happy with just 1 offer, but we got 10-11 and a bidding war, even as the market had started to slow down. Ken helped us every step of the way and handled conversations with other brokers with so much diplomacy and professionalism. He really took the time to understand what we needed, come up with a plan, execute that plan flawlessly, and communicate with us frequently. He's the best realtor we've ever worked with, and he will be the only one we work with again!
