Ken was instrumental in helping us navigate the sales process from preparing the home, staging the home, highlighting the key selling points of the home, the timing of the sale and reviewing the pros/cons on all offers received. He's taken the stress and uncertainty off our shoulders with very thorough communication and planning for our sale. Ken was fantastic.
He was able to make everything happen for us in a very short period of time. The entire process was handled perfectly as we purchased one house and sold another. He handled the communication with the other agents beautifully and really understood what we were wishing for.
We sprung buying the house on him and he made everything happen quickly. Got all the details done in a short amount of time and was able to move our closing up a week on very short notice.
We are very happy with our entire process and that is all thanks to Ken. He made it easy and fun, and managed a lot of details and request at the same time.
This was a major success!
