Another great buy and sell experience with Paul! Paul is very proactive and gave great advice on how to put together a competitive offer. He was very patient with us during a long home search with limited inventory and always made himself available when we needed to quickly see a home. When selling our home, Paul was skillful in setting the price and was a strong negotiator.

Paul would always point out things I would have never noticed until it was to late. He had knowledge about all sorts of things I have never thought about such as baseboard heating, different air conditioning units. We are very thankful to have had Paul in our corner!

Paul is the man! He helped us navigate a very unusual closing with a demanding seller by making us feel understood and supported, but also properly advised. Paul Kourkoulis could not have been more impressive and helpful. He is a lovely man, and really knows what he is doing. So far, he's sold houses for 3 of us in the family, and we all had a great experience and sale with him. Basically, within 3 days of going on the Market, we got 9 over-the-price offers on our home. Randy really listened and took into account our need to close a sale as quickly as possible since we had a contract on a new home.
