As first time homebuyers, Paul was patient with us and took the time to explain the entire process. He listened to our needs and only showed us homes within our criteria. Paul was communicative, polite, relatable, respectful and trustworthy. Never once did we feel pressure from Paul. He kept us updated throughout the process and made excellent lender and home inspector recommendations. Paul is extremely knowledgeable on local neighborhoods and is able to see the potential in homes of all ages. Paul gave us the knowledge and tools we needed to craft a strong and winning offer. If you want a broker who actually cares about you, the community and the interests of a new home buyer, Paul is the man for the job. He felt like a brother that was looking out for everyone. He doesn't want to cut corners. He doesn't come across like a salesman looking to make a buck. He actually wants to sell a property that can offer both parties a piece of mind. It's about quality. If he chooses to represent you as a buyer or seller...there is no doubt you are getting a nice property that will have little to no concerns when it comes down to the "meat and potatoes". Glad to have had the chance to work for him and thank my lucky stars we picked him to sell our home.
