Client Reviews & Testimonials

Here's what our satisfied customers are saying about us:

Christine Trigg

Christine was recommended to me by my relocation agency. Working with Christine was very pleasant, form viewing houses together, to discussing potential options. She quickly helped me figure out which things I cared more about than others (location, size, specific features), and was very knowledgable about different neighborhoods and their pros and cons. When some issues arose during the final walkthrough, Christine expertly handled the situation. She advocated for me, and negotiated terms that were very favorable to me. She also explained my buyer's rights under Colorado law, should the terms not be fulfilled. We were able to close on the same day, and the issues were all resolved according to the negotiated terms.

Christine Trigg

Christine's kindness and professionalism helped me find a new house in the middle of a substantial life change. She is extremely knowledgeable, and guided me from offer, through inspection, to closing with great ease. She's as trustworthy, honest, and fun as a realtor as she's been to me as a friend for so many years. Highly recommend!

Christine Trigg

I was referred to Christine Trigg by my mother's friend. I was told Christine had many years of experience in real estate and she was very professional. When I started working with Christine I realized all the positive comments I heard about her were true. Christine stays in touch with her clients at all times and is really flexible. After I found the home I wanted I discovered Christine negotiation skills were excellent. She was able to make the processes of buying and closing really smooth, fast, and easy. I would like to work with Christine again in the future and refer her to friends and relatives.

I couldn’t be any happier to work with John,He is very passionate at his job. John is always there when you need him, and always willing to help you and answer any questions you may have. I have worked with three different agents in the pass, and I feel like they were just trying to get a commission. That is why I didn’t want to work with them again. When I start working with John he exceeded all my expectations. Thank you John for your help I’m very thankful. I will definitely work with you again in my next purchase. And if anybody is looking to buy house this is the guy to call don’t hesitate he will help you from the beginning to the end.
