Kimberly and Ryan are the most professional, passionate, and detail-oriented realtors I've worked with. Kim and Ryan are saints for how they handled our lengthy process until closing. Buying a home can be an exhausting experience start to finish. Through the many hurdles of our buying experience, Kim and Ryan worked tirelessly to maintain the things within our control and to find solutions for issues outside of our control. Kim is extremely calm under pressure and stays positive no matter what. Ryan is very protective of his clients. Having this team of realtors is the only way to navigate this crazy experience. We are in a wonderful home now, and they never let us loose sight of that being the end goal. They are genuinely elated for us to be in such an amazing home. We worked with Kimberly Beck on getting our initial rental in Denver last year and she was great! The housing market is on fire unless you happen to be selling a place downtown. We did not achieve the price we desired--not close actually which was nobody's fault. To blame is closed office buildings and social unrest in the downtown area.
I could literally go on forever about Kim. If I were a teacher, I would be a tough grader so excellent across the board is a big deal from me. In some areas she is off the chart. Trustworthy is everything in your business. Kim's word is gold and her follow through is incredibly dependable. This was a stressful sale since we had already bought another place and she managed me through the entire process in the best way possible.

We found Kim while moving to Colorado 3 years ago as we were moving cross country and trying to find an apartment. She did a great job when we only had one weekend to find a place to live, so the transition to have Kim as our home realtor made sense.
This was our first time buying a home so my expectations I needed was someone who had knowledge in the neighborhoods, teach me about the marketplace and trends, and guide me through the process from lenders selection, inspections, etc. to all the paperwork. Kim is very knowledgeable and gave us the best inspectors, lenders, and worked very hard working with other parties to make sure there was follow and pull through. Kim is very professional, approachable, and kind. I highly recommend her as a realtor for a home or even trying to find an apartment! We feel lucky to have found her.

Kim is an excellent Realtor to work with for finding a new home! We've worked with her twice now and both times were great experiences. Kim's communication skills are excellent and she's quick to defend you when needed. Kim also has a deep knowledge of the Denver area and once she understands your needs, she really tailors the focus to just that! I'll be working with Kim and team again for next home!

Kim has been absolutely fantastic to work with and helped me secure my first home in an incredibly competitive Denver market. I really appreciate working with people who are on top of communication and know exactly what they're doing and she is just that. Kim is not only a great agent, but an excellent source of knowledge in this area and knew what it took to win in a multiple offer situation. I cannot thank her enough for helping me get into my first home. I was starting to feel discouraged after losing out on a few offers, but Kim encouraged me to keep trying and I ended up with the perfect home. I cannot recommend Kim and Live Urban enough!
