Beth assisted us with the sale of my father's townhome after we transitioned him to Sr. living. Timing was fairly critical and Beth was great in guiding and helping us with the logistics of this transition. Beth understood what we were dealing with and really performed. She also provided assistance to the Buyer, and worked well in that capacity to get the sale closed to the satisfaction of us and the buyer - with a quick close which is what we needed. Great job!

Beth helped me and my brother sell our elderly mother's condo in a very challnging market. Making things even more difficult, neither my brother or I live in Denver. Beth went above and beyond to help us to get the condo in great shape...including help removing 70 years worth of clutter, thcotchkes and bric-a-brac. And, she deftly navigated price decreases -- and a difficult HOA -- to make a deal happen. Beth is a hard worker and did an amazing job. Great to have her on your corner!

Although it took longer than expected to sell, Sara encouraged us and we ended up getting a contract for $5000 over asking with a quick closing! A lot dependent on market conditions and holidays. She was very honest about what was happening which was helpful.
Sara frequently called us to listen to how we were doing over a longer than expected sales time-line.
Sara validated our feelings about the not so great offers which helped us to hang in there.
I will recommend Sara to anyone needing a great realtor.
