Kerem Szczebak helped my husband and I purchase a home in Denver long distance.
She was responsive to our needs, took tons of photos and videos of prospective homes. She is familiar with various Denver neighborhoods, and listened to what we were looking for. We felt very comfortable working with her. Kerem was always available to answer questions, and we really did feel that she had our backs through the entire process.
Purchasing a home sight unseen can be a daunting experience, but Kerem made the entire process as stress-free as possible, and she was there for us every step of the way.

John has been excellent to work with, he's very prompt, professional and knowledgeable.
We purchased a duplex for investment property and we are now working on phase 2 after closing to lease the homes for us. Yes, that's right, not only a agent in sales but in leasing as well and we are off to a fast start with that process and I have total confidence that John will fulfill our needs in this department as well to get our units filled.
I truly can't say enough good things about John's work ethic. I plan on possibly selling my personal residence in the near future and without a doubt, I'll be calling John to be my listing agent..that's just how much confidence in his abilities not to mention, I've throughly enjoyed working with him.

In addition to the fact that LaShon came highly recommended, she exceeded our expectations. In a market that did not seem to be in our favor. Our outcome proved differently: as evidenced by, our house sold in 7 days. Celia has tremendous knowledge of the Denver area real estate market. She priced my property accurately and then relentlessly marketed it. Celia exceeded all expectations. We were referred to John by a colleague when moving to Denver in 2020, and we used him again when moving to a new property in 2025. John provided invaluable advice throughout the complicated process of buying first, then selling. John helped us get the new property for under list, and connected us to great contractors to help get our old property ready for sale.
