My good friend and I had decided to move from Michigan to Denver, Colorado earlier this year. Being from out of state and moving from home for the first time, we didn’t know where to start. Luckily we found Susie! She was so amazingly helpful with everything! We explained what was ideal for us and within the first round of places she was able to find us a perfect landing spot. She took the time to tour and scope out places for us and was great at taking videos to share. We never left a conversation with her feeling uneasy, she was very thorough and helped us understand everything we needed to know. Absolutely loved Susie and would recommend her to anyone looking to move!!!

Choosing Susie Snodgrass as my realtor was one of the best decisions I made as a first-time home buyer. She made the entire process feel easy, organized, and manageable from beginning to end. Susie is incredibly kind, knowledgeable, patient, loyal, and professional. She took the time to thoroughly explain every step, answered all of my questions, and always made sure I understood my options before making decisions.
Her knowledge of VA home loans was especially valuable and gave me confidence throughout the process. She responded almost immediately whenever I had a question or concern and always made me feel like a priority. When it came time to negotiate, Susie listened to exactly what we wanted and represented us with tact, confidence, and professionalism. She truly had our best interests in mind at all times. I will only work with Susie in the future and would strongly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

Susie Snodgrass was an incredible agent to work with in our search for a rental home. We relocated from Rhode Island and had to put our trust in an agent because we had to rent sight unseen. We are beyond grateful that we found Susie! She is as professional, kind, and trustworthy as you can get! Susie toured multiple properties for us, sent us videos, and gave us her honest feedback on each home. She took time to get to know us and know what we were looking for so she could find us the best rental property. Susie advocated for us and negotiated lease terms that helped us lock down a great lease on a home that fits our family's needs perfectly. Due to Susie's guidance, knowledge, and professionalism, we are now in a home that we love. We recommend Susie Snodgrass without any reservations!
