Mr Pohs is not like the normal agent - ones who only want the listing. Mr. Pohs understood the neighborhood, the market, and most importantly; professional relationship with the seller
Mr. Pohs helped with staging, open house every weekend, negotiating. The little details matter; Patrick even took the leaf blower cleaned the sidewalk.
