Embarking on a character-defining exercise during a memorable retreat, I reached out to my ten closest family and friends to gather adjectives that best described me. To my surprise, "magnetic" and "tenacious" surfaced with unwavering consistency. These qualities have since become integral to my professional identity, empowering me to leverage them in every endeavor.

As a proud Denver native, I offer a unique perspective on the city's evolution from a midsize town to a bustling metropolis. With over 25 years of experience in sales, marketing, and new homebuilding, coupled with a Master's Degree in Global Marketing, I've witnessed and contributed to Denver's growth. My journey began as a marketing manager for a renowned Colorado-based new home builder, where I discovered my passion for helping clients find their dream homes.

A 5-Star Realtor®, I attribute my success to effective communication, strong negotiation skills, genuine empathy, and unwavering dedication to providing outstanding client service.

Beyond real estate, I cherish moments with my two boys, exploring Colorado's rich art, culture, and outdoor experiences. An avid fitness enthusiast, pianist, and singer, I find joy in hiking, sharing my life with dogs, and exploring new destinations. Committed to community engagement, I proudly serve on the Board of Directors for Capitol Hill United Neighborhoods (CHUN) and the William H. Anderson Foundation.

Q&A with Kerem Szczebak

What neighborhood do you live in?
I live on the 7th Avenue Historic District near Governor's Park. I absolutely adore my neighborhood. Surrounded by historic homes, an abundance of large, mature trees, and blocks and blocks of beautiful mansions. It is such a serene place to be. We are within walking distance of Trader Joes, Cheesman Park, the Botanic Gardens, and lots of amazing restaurants, coffee shops and boutiques.

What does "Be Home" mean to you?
Be Home means having a warm and cozy retreat that creates solace and safety for me and my children. Be Home means cooking in the kitchen with the news on while my kids play in the living room. Be Home means drinking coffee on a Sunday morning snuggled under a blanket on the couch or on the deck in the sunshine. Being home means winter days where my kids and I make cookies and hot chocolate and watch movies all day. Be Home means relishing the photos, furniture, decor, books, and all the things that make your home uniquely you.

What music is currently on your playlist?
My taste in music might give the average person whiplash! My Spotify is filled with music ranging from EDM Dubstep, to 60's Folk, to Classical, to movie soundtracks, to 80's jams, to current pop! My most recently listened to artists (this week) are Taylor Swift, Illenium, Subtronics, Simon + Garfunkel, the Lord of The Rings Soundtrack, John Mayer, and Saint JHN. Ask me next week and it will be a totally different set of artists! :)

What local causes get your time and/or money?
I am on the Board of Directors for The William H. Anderson Foundation, whose mission is to donate funds to global organizations in need. As VP of Finance, I work to secure funds that support environmental conservation, civil justice, educational projects, animal rights and welfare, and the arts.

I am also on the Board of Directors for Capitol Hill United Neighborhoods (CHUN) which is one of Denver's oldest, largest registered neighborhood organizations. CHUN's mission is to advocate for historic preservation, support affordable housing, address homelessness, and promote smart land use, zoning, public safety, and neighborhood enhancements through volunteerism and community engagement.

Give it up. What local restaurant is your best-kept secret?
How do I choose, there are so many! I'm going to support my own neighborhood and say that Mizuna and Potager are local gems and are some of the best restaurants in Denver!
