Piper Leitz

Broker Associate, REALTOR®

Every move in Colorado carries weight.
Financial, emotional, and often irreversible.

Most people don’t lose money in the transaction.
They lose it in the decisions leading up to it.

That’s where Piper Leitz works.

Piper helps first-time buyers, downsizers, and new construction buyers in Denver, Boulder, and Golden protect their decisions before they commit so they don’t lose money, leverage, or clarity along the way.

Her role isn’t to push a sale.
It’s to help you think clearly when things start to feel uncertain.

Through weekly Homebuyer and New Construction Workshops, Piper walks through where things can go sideways, how builder dynamics really work, and what to pay attention to early, so you can move forward with a plan that actually holds up.

A full-time REALTOR® with Corcoran Perry & Co. since 2014, she brings over a decade of experience, steady negotiation, and a reputation for being thoughtful, direct, and calm under pressure.

Clients work with Piper because she doesn’t rush decisions, doesn’t gloss over risk, and doesn’t disappear when things get complex. She stays with you through it, asks the questions others skip, and helps you protect your position from the very beginning.

Her approach is simple:
Clarity before commitment.
Protection before pressure.
Peace as the final measure.

From first purchases to major life transitions, Piper helps people move forward in a way that feels considered, steady, and right for them.

Homes find their people.
But they can’t do it alone. Neither should you.

Q&A with Piper Leitz

How long have you been a real estate agent?
I’ve been licensed since the end of 2013, my first transactions closed in 2014

How do your REALTOR® fees work?
Realtor fees, including commission structures, are negotiable and can vary from one deal to another. Transparency is key throughout the process, ensuring everyone is informed every step of the way. Most commonly, sellers offer co-op commissions to the buyer’s agency, but each deal may work differently. As your buyer's agent, I'll make sure to know ahead of time what each sellers expectations are, then we will customize our approach to each transaction, ensuring it aligns with your specific needs. And as your listing agent, we'll work together to devise a winning financial strategy to attract quality buyers and meet your goals,  before listing your property on the market.

Are you a part-time or full-time agent?
I am a proud, professional, full-time licensed Realtor. Realtors are bound to a strict code of ethics that governs our professional conduct and responsibilities.

What local restaurant is your best kept-secret?
McCoys on Federal and I70- been around forever, such a good diner, with cocktails! And Tacos Cochino in Edgewater, they have a great happy hour. If you are going, you should let me know. I will meet you there! ;)
