Managing and selling gives me the opportunity to work with a variety of client situations, contract issues and negotiations on a daily basis. This keeps me current with changing market conditions, helps me with my clients, and keeps our office on a successful path. Sandy and his wife Brenda live in Castle Pines North and have two grown children and twin grandsons. Having raised their family in the Denver area, Sandy has extensive knowledge about schools, transportation conditions and neighborhood trends that exist in the south suburban Denver Metro area.Sandys professional accomplishments include: Past President of two Realtor Associations, Featured Speaker and sales trainer, including being one of the keynote speakers at the Colorado Real Estate Convention, and a certified NINJA real estate instructor. Active volunteer in many civic and community endeavors:the Ethics committee for the South Metro Realtor Association, past member of the Castle Pines North Metro District, and various church and community leadership positions. Real Estate sales in excess of $6,000,000 annually for over 25 years.
