He kept my family in the loop every step of the way, and he and his team worked their butts off to not only get asking value, but proving the homes worth for the appraisal. Our home was on the market for two days before we got an offer, and many houses in the area were not turning over. I know Ryan and his team were the reason for our success in selling our home.
