Niffy McNiff Bube, a Wyoming native, fell in love with Steamboat Springs and the Yampa Valley more than 30 years ago and has called it home ever since. Born and raised in Cheyenne, she grew up as part of a historic ranching family deeply rooted in cattle ranching traditions. While her path ultimately led her away from ranching, the values and love for the land she gained from her upbringing remain at the heart of her work and passions. Niffy met her husband, Chris, in Steamboat, and together they raised their son, Jack, in the valley they love. Over the years, the Bube family has fostered incredible friendships and continues to embrace the outdoor lifestyle that makes the area so special. Whether skiing, wake surfing, biking, hiking, or simply enjoying the breathtaking landscapes, Niffy and her family are deeply connected to the Steamboat and Yampa Valley way of life. Before launching her real estate career in 2003, Niffy, utilized her degree from the University of Wyoming in Elementary Education and enjoyed teaching elementary students at Soda Creek Elementary. Her ranching roots and love for the valley inspired her deep appreciation for historic homes and the stunning land that defines the Yampa Valley. This passion for the area’s history and her joy in helping people find a place to call home is what led her to become a Realtor.
