Nate Abbott is a native of New Mexico, but made the move to Denver from Washington, DC to go back to graduate school. After graduating with a Masters in Urban and Regional Planning, Nate worked in commercial land development with a local engineering firm, consulting for national retail clients, where he led their entitlement and due diligent efforts throughout the Mountain West. Nate understands that you have many options when it comes time to choose a Realtor and appreciates the opportunity to work with you in order to achieve your real estate goals. His mission is to treat every client as if they were his only client. Nate will act as your guide throughout the home buying and/or selling process and always keep you informed, treat you with respect and negotiate fiercely, but fairly, on your behalf. Nate is a firm believer in real estate as a personal investment vehicle. In addition to representing both buyers and sellers as a real estate broker, Nate has also renovated, managed and sold multifamily buildings in Central Denver as part of an investment syndication he formed with some friends from grad school. When he's not showing clients around the city he loves, Nate spends his time telemark skiing, mountain biking and traveling.
